Terms of Service.

1.1. Acceptance of Terms

By paying the $100 setup fee or otherwise using Church Sites Agency (“Service”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.2. Service Description

We design, build, host, and support a website of up to five pages for your church within 24 business hours after receiving complete content. Ongoing hosting and basic text/photo updates are included in the monthly subscription.

1.3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate content and required assets in a timely manner.

  • Obtain rights or permission for any third‑party materials you supply.

  • Review and approve drafts promptly.

  • Maintain secure access to your account and payment method.

1.4. Fees & Payment

  • Setup Fee – $100 due at signup (covers first month of service).

  • Monthly Fee – $50 recurring until canceled. Fees are billed via Stripe.

  • Refunds – 30‑day money‑back guarantee from launch date; no refunds for subsequent months.

  • Late or failed payments may suspend or terminate service.

1.5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content – remains yours; you grant us a license to host, display, and modify solely to provide the Service.

  • Our Materials & Platform – remain our property. Custom code and templates we create are licensed, not sold, to you for use only with the Service.

1.6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload or host content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or violates any third‑party rights or applicable laws.

1.7. Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel anytime via your dashboard or by emailing support. We may terminate for non‑payment, material breach, or unlawful use. Upon termination, your site will be taken offline and data deleted as per Section 1.6.

1.8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

1.9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

1.10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Church Sites Agency and its affiliates harmless from any claims arising from your content, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

1.11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisville, Kentucky.

1.12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
